3 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper
Cook potatoes and onions in small amount of water until
done. Add milk and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley.
Variation: Omit cheese, add 1 can salmon for salmon
