GERMAN POTATO SALAD 5 to 6 medium to large boiling potatoes, diced 1 medium onion, chopped 5 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. oil dash of pepper Combine potatoes, onion and bacon while warm. Mix vinegar, oil, pepper and pour over mixture. Toss lightly. Serves 3 to 4.
