1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 small purple onion
1 green pepper
1 medium carrot
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
Break broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets. Chop
onion and green pepper. Slice carrot. Combine mayonnaise,
oil, lemon juice and sugar; then add salt, pepper and garlic
powder to taste. Pour mayonnaise/oil mixture over vegetables
and toss gently. Chill for 24 hours before serving.
