RED POTATO SALAD|
(With Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing)
2 lb. red potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. scallions
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. marjoram
1 minced garlic clove
Cook potatoes. Cool; cut into cubes. Combine dressing
ingredients; toss with vegetables.
