STIR-FRY SAUCE FOR MEAT, CHICKEN OR FISH
1 c. soya sauce
sherry to taste
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed red cayenne
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 onions, diced
Fry meat, chicken or fish pieces in ginger and oil.
Simmer the meat, chicken or fish in sauce made of ingredients.
Add any desired vegetables (broccoli, carrots, Chinese cab-
