1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. allspice
dash of garlic salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
2 soup cans water
Fry hamburger in skillet. Stir in oregano, chili
powder, parsley flakes, allspice, garlic salt, onion flakes,
salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Simmer to flavor. Add tomato
sauce, tomato soup, tomato paste and water. Simmer slowly for
3 to 5 hours.
Note: Freezes well.
