1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
2 c. buttermilk
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
Heat pineapple (juice included) to boiling. Cool. Stir
in buttermilk. When it begins to congeal, mix in Cool Whip and
nuts. Pour into mold or 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill. Delightfully
refreshing as a salad or as a light dessert.
