RIO GRANDE COLLEGE SALAD DRESSING|
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 to 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
3/4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seed
Mix together sugar, salt, dry mustard, onion and vinegar
until well blended. Gradually add salad oil, beating constant-
ly. Add 1/2 cup cider vinegar and celery seed. Beat until
thick. Makes one quart.
