RECEPTION SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
(drain and save juice)
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 pkg. softened cream cheese
(3 oz. size)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve jello with one cup hot pineapple juice. Chill
jello until begins to thicken. Combine cream cheese, celery,
nuts and pineapple. Add jello to cream cheese mixture. Fold
in whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill until set.
