1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes, mashed
2 c. sliced carrots
3 c. diced potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 qt. water
Brown meat. Add celery, onions and tomatoes. Add
water, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30
minutes. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook for one hour or until
