1 lb. mild bulk Italian or
pork sausage
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
28 oz. can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
1 Tbsp. granulated instant
chicken bouillon
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. small macaroni
shredded Mozzarella

Brown sausage, green pepper in Dutch oven and drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese.
Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer
10 to 12 minutes until macaroni is tender. Top individual
servings with cheese. Makes about 6 servings.
