FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sifted confectioners
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Mash cranberry sauce. Add lemon juice and blend. Pour
into one quart refrigerator tray or one 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf
pan. Soften cream cheese. Add sugar and mayonnaise and mix
well. Add pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon cheese
mixture over cranberry mixture. Freeze until firm. To serve
