FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar 1/4 c. mayonnaise 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Mash cranberry sauce. Add lemon juice and blend. Pour into one quart refrigerator tray or one 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Soften cream cheese. Add sugar and mayonnaise and mix well. Add pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon cheese mixture over cranberry mixture. Freeze until firm. To serve cut into squares and serve on lettuce. Makes 10 servings.
