HOT FUDGE SAUCE|
14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a full
rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring for 1
minute. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Beat over heat
until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
Store in refrigerator. Serve hot or cold over ice cream or
other desserts. Reheat over hot water over very low heat.
