ITALIAN SOUP

6 to 8 potatoes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large green pepper
2 medium onions
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Peel and dice potatoes. Cover to top of potatoes with
water. Chop pepper and onions; add to potatoes. Bring to
boil. Add all seasonings and oil. Pour in crushed tomatoes
when potatoes are done. Serve with Italian bread. You may add
any kind of vegetables if you desire.
