1 can Progresso minced clams
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 or 3 potatoes, cubed
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. chowder fish
1 c. water
Saute onion in melted butter until soft. Add cubed
potatoes. Add clams and broth plus enough water to measure 1
cup. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add fish. Cook 10 to
15 minutes until fish flakes. Add half and half. Heat and
serve. Freezes well.
