1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1/8 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. Chill.
Garnish with croutons.
