CORNED BEEF SALAD|
1 box lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can corned beef
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced green olives
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine Jell-O and hot water;
let sit while you mash with fork the corned beef; add mayon-
naise. Then add other ingredients. Mix well, add to Jell-O.
