HOT CHICKEN SALAD 3 c. cooked chicken breast, cut up 2 c. celery, finely chopped 1/2 c. slivered almonds 2 Tbsp. pimento, diced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated or chopped 3/4 c. salad dressing Combine all ingredients. Put in a greased casserole and sprinkle top with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 10.
