CRANBERRY SALAD

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. fruit juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. celery
1 c. crushed pineapple,
drained
1 whole orange, ground
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sugar and fruit
juice. Cool until consistency of egg whites. Then add remain-
ing ingredients and mold until firm. Serves 12.
