CALIFORNIA SPANISH SALAD BOWL|
1 medium head lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. green olives, chopped
12 whole ripe olives
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna,
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. corn chips
Break lettuce into bowl; add tomatoes, olives, onions,
corn chips and tuna. Toss lightly with avocado dressing. Top
with cheese and whole olives.
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut
Blend all together, until smooth.
