LOUISE SHEEL'S STAY CRISP SLAW DRESSING

2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix together in saucepan and bring to a fast good
rolling boil. Take off heat. Dissolve 1 envelope plain
gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to hot mixture. Chill
until set. Beat well with rotary mixer (will get fluffy).
Gradually add 2/3 cup salad oil. Beat all together. Keep in
refrigerator.
