VOLCANO-CHILI

2 lb. ground round
1 large can kidney beans
1 large can whole tomatoes
2 medium onions
1 pkg. Texas red chili
1 pkg. Chili-O
1 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3 small jalapeno peppers
1 tomato can water
salt to taste

Dice onions and fry in skillet with ground round. While
this is cooking, puree tomatoes in blender along with Chili-O,
Texas red chili, cayenne red pepper and chili powder. Pour
tomato mixture into a 5 quart saucepan. Add water, kidney
beans, diced jalapeno peppers and salt. Heat on medium temper-
ature. When ground round and onions are done, add to saucepan.
At this point, turn heat down to simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve
over spaghetti or as is.
