MARLENE'S FISH CHOWDER|
6 oz. ocean perch
1 c. tomato sauce
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 pkg. chicken broth and
dash of thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Chop fish into 1-inch pieces. Mix all but fish and
bring to boil. Add fish and cook until flaky. Serves 1. (Add
1/2 cup okra, if you wish, for more thickness. It's more
"creole or gumbo" with the okra.)
