2 lb. stew meat
2 or 3 potatoes, cubed
2 or 3 onions, sliced
4 ribs celery, cut into 1-inch
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. tapioca
1 large can tomatoes
Scrub and prepare all vegetables. Crush tomatoes.
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven or roasting pan. Bake
at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
