1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. catsup
Cook and stir butter, flour, salt and pepper over heat
until mixture is smooth and bubbly, about 2 minutes. Remove
from heat. Stir in broth, milk and catsup. Heat to boiling,
stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
