1st Layer: Shredded lettuce
2nd Layer: Onion rings (cut that way)
3rd Layer: Water chestnuts, sliced thin
4th Layer: Frozen peas
Put vegetables in long dish in order: lettuce, onion
rings, water chestnuts and peas. Mix mayonnaise with 2 tea-
spoons sugar and spread on top of vegetables. Put in refriger-
