FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 2 c. dairy sour cream 3/4 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 can fruit cocktail, drained 2 medium bananas, cut in slices 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, cut in 1/2 salad greens Mix sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Stir in remain- ing ingredients. Pour into 2 ice cube trays. Cover and freeze at least 24 hours, but no longer than 1 month. Remove ice trays from freezer and refrigerate 15 minutes. Cut into serving pieces. Serve on salad greens. Makes 16 servings.
