HOT CHICKEN SALAD|
1 large fryer, cooked and cut
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Accent
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. minced onion
2 pimentos, cut fine
2/3 c. almonds, chopped
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients except pimentos, almonds and
potato chips. Put in large dish; top with cheese, potato chips
and almonds. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Add water
chestnuts if desired.
