THREE BEAN SALAD|
1 can red kidney beans
1 can cut green beans
1 can cut wax beans
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
Drain beans; empty into large bowl. Add onions.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add salt, pepper and oil. Pour
over beans. Blend gently. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
