BLUE CHEESE SALAD BOWL|
1 small head cauliflower
1/2 c. onion rings
1/4 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed
1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
2/3 c. clear French salad
dressing with herbs and
1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Add to onion rings
and olives. Marinate in dressing 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
Add Blue cheese and lettuce. Toss. Serves 8.
