LAYERED SALAD

1 head lettuce
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 small box frozen peas
1 to 2 c. real mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. Cheddar cheese
4 hard-boiled eggs
crispy bacon

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put in layers as follows: lettuce
(broken up into bite-size pieces), onions on top of lettuce,
uncooked frozen peas (thawed) on top of onions, spread mayon-
naise on top of peas, sprinkle sugar on top of mayonnaise, put
grated cheese on top of the sugar, put chopped hard-boiled eggs
over the cheese and sprinkle the crispy bacon on top. Let it
set for 24 hours before serving.
