BEAN SALAD

1 (1 lb. can) green beans,
drained
1 (1 lb. can) wax beans,
drained
1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh
or canned)
1 jar pimentos, drained and
diced
1 unpeeled cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 c. dehydrated onions
2/3 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. white vinegar
sweetener to equal 6 tsp.
sugar

Heat vinegar to boiling. Remove from heat and add
sweetener. Pour over vegetable mixture and stir. Cover and
refrigerate for several hours to marinate.
Note: The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.
Two thirds cup of mixture equals 1 serving. Makes approximate-
ly 12 servings.
