PINEAPPLE SALAD 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. vinegar 3 eggs, slightly beaten 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1 large Cool Whip 1 bag miniature marshmallows Combine pineapple, sugar, water, vinegar, eggs, corn- starch and salt in top of double boiler. Cook until thick. Chill good. When ready to serve, fold thickened mixture into Cool Whip and miniature marshmallows.
