BAR-B-Q SAUCE 15 oz. can tomato sauce catsup (1 lb. 4 oz. or 567 grams) 3/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. Mazola oil 10 oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce 1/8 c. soy sauce large clove garlic 1 Tbsp. brown sugar salt and pepper onion and garlic salt Lawry's seasoned salt 6 Tbsp. Wright's liquid smoke Tabasco sauce Start with 15 ounce can tomato sauce (save empty can). Add 1 bottle of catsup to pan (save empty bottle). Add 3/4 cup cider vinegar. Add 1/2 cup Mazola oil. Add 10 ounce bottle Worcestershire sauce. Add 1/8 cup soy sauce. Peel and add one large clove of garlic, then press through garlic press. Scrape outside of garlic press, but discard the inside. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar. Add 1/2 cup cold water into empty tomato can and stir. Add this to empty catsup bottle. Shake bottle and add to pan of ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add onion salt and garlic salt to taste. Sprinkle all of these on. Sprinkle about 4 shakes or so of Lawry's seasoned salt. Add 6 tablespoons of Wright's liquid smoke. Add 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce. Simmer and stir.
