6 sweet potatoes (or yams)
1 1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 jar small green stuffed
1 1/2 large onions, sliced

Boil potatoes until done. Peel and mash. Set aside in
large bowl. In large frying pan, saute ground sausage. When
done, drain fat (save) and add cooked sausage to potatoes.
Using some of the sausage fat, saute onions until browned and
tender. Drain onions and add to potato-sausage mixture. Cut
olives in half and add to mixture. Stuff turkey with dressing
and cook turkey as directed OR place dressing in a dish and
bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
