CHEESE FONDUE

6 slices bacon
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. flour
1 lb. sharp American cheese,
grated
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Fry bacon until crisp, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
Crumble bacon and set aside. Cool onions in reserved drippings
until tender but not brown. Stir in flour. Add remaining
ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until
cheese is melted. Pour into fondue pot. Top with bacon.
Place on fondue burner. Serve with chunks of bread and crisp
raw vegetables.
