GREEN CHILI SOUP 1 lb. stew meat 1 large onion, chopped 6 c. beef broth 1 can chopped green chiles 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 grated carrot 8 chopped potatoes 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans Saute chopped stew meat in a little oil with the onion. Add garlic to taste. When meat is browned, add 1 tablespoon flour; stir until mixed. Add beef broth and green chiles. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add carrot, canned tomatoes and potato. Continue cooking about 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are tender. Add pinto beans and heat through. Serve with grated Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
