SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD|
2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
7 to 10 medium potatoes
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. green onion
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish mustard
Pour Italian dressing over cooked potatoes while still
warm. Chill 2 hours. Add celery, green onion and eggs to
potato mixture. Mix dressing into potato salad and chill.
