2 c. peas (frozen), cooked and
1/4 c. onion, chopped
10 oz. sliced water chestnuts
1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
bacon, chopped and cooked

Layer all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan in order:
lettuce, peas, onion, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, Cheddar
cheese and bacon. Refrigerate 24 hours.
