1 lb. bag tortilla chips
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 bottle Thousand Island
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 large tomatoes, diced
3 green onions, chopped
Brown meat and pour off fat. Add taco seasoning and 1
cup water. Cook until water is absorbed. Place lettuce in a
large salad bowl and toss with bottled dressing. Top with meat
mixture, kidney beans, grated cheese, tomatoes and onions.
Sprinkle with half the chips, crumbled. Arrange remaining
chips around the edge.
