1 bag fresh spinach
1 can bean sprouts
3 hard-boiled eggs
5 strips bacon, cooked and
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
3 tsp. prepared mustard
Wash spinach and take off heavy stems. Mix together
with sprouts, eggs and bacon.
For dressing: Mix remaining ingredients in mixer or
blender and add to salad before serving.
