MARINATED 3-BEAN SALAD|
16 oz. can cut green beans
16 oz. can kidney beans
16 oz. can garbanzo beans
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Drain beans well. Chop green pepper and mix with beans
in large bowl. In small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and oil.
Pour over beans and green pepper. Add salt and pepper to this
mixture. Toss. Chill at least one hour or overnight to let
flavors blend. Toss before serving to coat. Drain if there is
a lot of juice.
