FROZEN PEA SALAD|
1 head lettuce
1 diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 c. mayonnaise, combined with
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 oz. grated cheese
Tear lettuce. Place in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Layer with celery, onion, green pepper and peas. Arrange egg
slices on top. Spread mayonnaise mixture over all. Sprinkle
with cheese and bacon bits. Refrigerate overnight.
