APPLE WALDORF CUPS
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavor
1 medium apple
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Prepare gelatin according to package except reduce water
to 1 3/4 cups. Chill to partially set. Chop apple (do not
prepare); sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold celery, apple and
walnuts into partially set gelatin. Spoon into individual
