CHRISTMAS SALAD 1 small box Ritz crackers 1 qt. strawberries, sugared 1 can chunk pineapple 1 c. chopped pecans 2 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 c. sugar 3 large bananas, sliced Mix all fruit and pecans together in large bowl. In a long glass pan, make layers of crackers on bottom of pan, then fruit, then cream. Follow with layers until fruit, crackers and cream are used. Top with whipped cream that is left.
