SUMMER RICE SALAD|
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. Summer salad dressing or
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt, pepper or garlic
2 c. chopped vegetables
(carrots, cucumbers, bell
peppers, celery and
1 can tuna or salmon
Stir all together and refrigerate overnight and pack
into a mold.
