1 large head cabbage
1 green pepper
2 onions
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt

Chop cabbage, pepper and onion. Mix in large bowl.
Cover with sugar. Mix the 1 tablespoon sugar with vinegar,
oil, mustard, celery seed and salt in saucepan; bring to a
boil. Pour over cabbage mixture. Don't stir. Seal in air-
tight container. Don't open or stir for four hours. Keep in
refrigerator. Will keep for two weeks.
