LAYERED "UNTOSSED" SALAD|
1 small pkg. frozen spinach,
thawed and salted
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small head lettuce, chopped
1 small pkg. frozen peas,
1 thinly sliced purple onion
4 stalks celery, chopped
Ranch dressing (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
grated Cheddar cheese
Layer ingredients twice in large bowl. Cover tightly.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
