FRESH FRUIT SALAD
1 (10 oz.) jar strawberry or
red currant jelly
1/4 c. orange juice
6 c. assorted cut-up fresh
fruit of your choice
1 Tbsp. real lemon juice
In small saucepan, combine jelly, orange juice and real
lemon juice and simmer until jelly melts. Cool. In medium
bowl, combine fruit and sauce. Chill for 2 to 4 hours, stir-
