GREASY WILTED SALAD 5 c. leaf lettuce, chopped 5 to 6 green onions, chopped 6 slices bacon 1/4 to 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt Fry bacon. Remove, let cool and crumble. Add vinegar to bacon grease. When hot to point of boiling, remove from heat and add onions, lettuce and salt, mixing well. Pour into bowl as soon as mixed. Add crumbled bacon.
